inside weight maintenance activities

With the weather turning colder, getting dark so early, it is hard to do my evening walks (haven't done them in a while actually, but want to try and start to get back in the habit, even if they aren't as long as before)


I need some good indoor activities that can be done in my apartment to keep my weight maintained. I am battling to not to regain the weight I lost (I have regained a couple of lbs though).

Unfortunately I cannot afford a gym membership. Anybody got any good ideas for weight reduction/maintenance activities that can be done from the comfort of my apartment?

The importance is to get your heart rate up, so my suggestion is to put on some good music and dance. If you can do it for 20-30 minutes, it's a killer workout.
