health update

Just had my yearly physical and here are the numbers
current weight 155lbs (up 5lbs from my low last year)
Total Cholesterol 152
Ratio 3.3
HDL 46
LDL 82
Triglycerides 120


That triglyceride number is key as previously it had been about double that number

My goal this year is to lose 10-15lbs and get down to about 140-145. I think that is perfectly reasonable and reachable considering that the weather is getting warmer and the days longer, which means I can get back in the habit of nightly walks either before or after dinner.

How is everyone else doing?
